・We may not be able to complete an order if an item(s) is out-of-stock.
・Once your order is completed, we will send you an email confirming the details of the order.
・We will send a “shipping confirmation” email to you with tracking number once your order has been sent.
・We establish a sales contract with you the moment we dispatch your item(s).
・We cannot accept cancellations or changes to an order once we have dispatched your item(s).
・However, in some unavoidable circumstances we may have to cancel the sales contract that has been established.
2) Price and Payment
・As our general principal, the prices of our products are the same as the prices in Japan.
・The prices are displayed in Japanese Yen, US Dollars, Euros, and UK Pounds. However the prices shown in US Dollars, Euros and UK Pounds are approximations that are set by the exchange rate.
・All prices shown are approximations even without notation "(Approx.)".
・The approx exchange rate is updated automatically to reflect the current rate.
・For PAYPAL, customers are able to select exchange rates. It is required to choose exchange rates with your desired rate (PAYPAL, or credit card).
・The total amount to be paid is the price of the item(s) plus delivery charges.
・International deliveries may incur customs and VAT charges imposed by the country or region in which you live. It is the customer's responsibility to bear such costs when receiving the item(s).

・If you experience any loss or gain in price due to exchange rate fluctuations, we will not demand the return of your gain nor will we compensate any losses.

3) Delivery
・All items will be delivered by International Express Mail service(EMS).
・Shipping charges are a flat rate based on country or region.

・For mesurments please allow a margin of error of plus or minus 5%. In each case we charge the shipping rate at settlement time.
・Please be aware that the shipping carton may sometimes have a seal broken due to customs inspection at import clearance.

Returning an item(s)
・In principle, we accept returns made within 14 days of our dispatch date. However, there are some items that are not eligible for return.

Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Orders are shipped by EMS for a speedy delivery. Minimum delivery charges are 900 for Asian delivery address. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Although when we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a tracking number which can be used on the EMS website www.post.japanpost.jp/english/index.html by email, if you wish to confirm track your parcel, please email us and we will either track your shipment for you or email you with advice.
Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Your order status is shown on Order History page in Your Account. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Some countries may be not allow the import of leather goods. Details are mentioned on each item page. Please be sure to verify customs regulations in your country in advance. Please note that we are not responsible for problems in customs in your country.

Returns/Exchange policy
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our dispatch date. Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorization Reference number by emailing us. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorization Reference number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted.
TOKYO STREET COLLECTION will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of TOKYO STREET COLLECTION.
Please send all returns to TOKYO STREET COLLECTION, 1206 9-6-28 Akasaka Minato-ku Tokyo. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
It is advisable to send returned items by EMS and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
Payment
Payment can be made securely online. The PayPal account that is being used must be yours. All accounts are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details.
